Refund policy

At Avelmont Paris, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be free from signs of wear, odour, or damage.

The following items are non-returnable: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items showing signs of use.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avelmont-paris.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2-5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
